The Sales Specialist, Strategic Accounts works under the general direction of the Executive Director of Business Development, this customer-facing strategic sales position is accountable for driving the business growth pipeline for new and existing customers. This is to be accomplished by assessing the potential application of Kaman’s products and services to offer solutions that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. A high level of business acumen, blended with technical product knowledge and experience, is imperative in this key growth-focused position. The Sales Lead, Strategic Accounts will be responsible for staying up-to-date on current product offerings/knowledge, generating their own leads, analyzing, and predicting future trends and needs. This role is geared for a hunter, someone who is not afraid to make the calls and have interactions needed for successful close of business opportunities.
