The Human Resources Manager works under the administrative direction of the VP/GM AVMRO with functional reporting to the Executive Director Human Resources. Responsible for the Human Resources functions of staffing, benefits, compensation, employee relations, affirmative action, training for the business unit.
Education: Broad knowledge of a human resources field. Good working knowledge of federal and state regulations applicable to the workplace required. Fluent oral and written communication skills as well as good analytical/organizational skills needed. Ability to use PC application software. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field.
Experience: A minimum of seven years of related experience.
