    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship, put-away)
    • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
    • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
    • Report any discrepancies
    • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
    • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
    • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
    • Be proficient in all areas of the department. (Shipping, Carousel, receiving, MO’s)
    • Print out sales orders and/ or manufacturing orders
    • Process returns, Project orders, reverse issues, reverse allocate functions
    • Process inventory transaction including adjustments lower than $250.00
    • Respond to Warehouse emails, and personal emails
    • Directly help department team-leads, sales team, contract management team, and other groups)
    • Lead in at least one area and report directly to department lead (discrepancies, forklift records, receiving, scrap
    • log, bin transfer log)


    Education: High School Diploma or GED



    • Previous experience as a warehouse team member
    • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to lift heavy objects
    • Fork lift certified
    • Proficient in inventory software, databases and systems (GP, UPS, Fed EX,  Spectrum Express)
