Overview

 

We're looking for an experienced marketer to join our team as the Director of Corporate Marketing. This hands-on role will be responsible for building a marketing function that is creative, results-oriented, and collaborative.  The Director of Corporate Marketing will be responsible for corporate level marketing and branding, support for communications, marketing support for our business units, event coordination and assisting with our social media and digital marketing presence. The qualified candidate will be a driven and engaged senior leader with a successful track record of building and leading, brand, marketing programs and public relations. Reporting to the CMO, the Director, Corporate Marketing, must have experience across brand development, creative, digital marketing, social media, public relations and thought leadership campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish and own the design and launch of the corporate brand including the application of corporate brand guidelines and marketing best practices
  • Own and update corporate messaging and presentations, targeted towards customers, partners and investors
  • Define and execute corporate marketing and brand strategy, resulting in a consistent voice across the enterprise
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals
  • Utilize marketing analytics, tracking, and measurements to communicate results and optimizes tactics.
  • Helps to maintain brand consistency and content on our website, social media channels and our other channels
  • Drives PR and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Establish marketing budgets, schedules, and criteria for success
  • Research and recommend marketing tools that can be deployed enterprise wide
  • Manage vendor relationships and deliverables, including qualifying, contracting, and quality control

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business or a related field from an accredited institution

 

Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience and leadership in marketing and communications
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate customers
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proven ability to reach ambitious growth goals
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and communications

 

Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated experience developing and growing superior brand presence
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to work with others in a friendly and cooperative manner
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment - agile and nimble in both leadership and execution
  • Incredibly self-motivated and innovative
  • A diverse range of marketing experience spanning disciplines such as brand planning, communications planning, digital marketing, etc. 
  • Willingness to adapt to an ever-evolving, priority-shifting environment with tight deadlines 
  • Ability to translate ideas into actionable projects
