Overview

The role of the HR Business Partner will focus on talent acquisition initiatives, employee relations and people-partnership, internal communications regarding organizational changes and company policy, as well as support the maintenance of team development and performance.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for professional roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, guiding employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Lead and conduct investigations related to grievances, misconduct, and allegations of policy and procedural concern
  • Develop and distribute internal communications regarding organizational changes, benefits updates, and company policies
  • Ensure all communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s values and objectives
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to facilitate effective communication
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive performance management process that aligns with organizational goals
  • Provide training and support to manages and employees on performance evaluation techniques and goal-setting process
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support the needs of the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, staffing, or people operations, with a focus on talent acquisition and payroll management
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and onboarding best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment software
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the manufacturing sector
  • Ability to analyze employee feedback and drive culture change initiatives
