Works under the general direction of the Production Supervisor and daily direction of a Multi-process Cell Leader with limited supervision. Performs multiple fabrication tasks in assigned team, project or functional area. Tasks will be performed within full-scale production manufacturing operation and will include tasks such as routine and repetitive fabrication, mechanical assembly, and quality assurance processes following established methods, policies and procedures. This position has multiple levels and candidates will be placed according to level of experience.   We are hiring for first (7:00AM-3:30PM) and second shift (3:30PM- 12:00AM.)

This position will perform basic inspection activities of product, materials, first piece inspection and in-process monitoring as assigned. The position reports to Value Stream Manager/Sr. Team Leader on work assignments to meet production schedules. This position has a dotted line to Report to Quality Assurance Supervisor regarding quality issues.    This is a second shift position.  Hours are 3:30PM - 1AM - this includes one hour of mandatory overtime at the end of shift for a required 45 hour week.  OT pay is 1.5x the hourly rate for all hours in excess of 40 in a week.   Invested in our future together.
