The incumbent of this position shall mentor junior Manufacturing Engineers as needed to support defined initiatives and to develop partnerships with all functions of BSE Operations. This position is responsible for reviewing Bills of Materials, Routers, costing, Engineering Change Orders and Engineering Orders. Problem solving, process development, evaluating designs and recommending changes to improve manufacturability. This position requires a “hands-on” approach that will involve actively supporting day to day production needs, fixtures/tooling, and design for manufacturability. The incumbent will drive continuous improvement initiatives along with projects focused on the maintenance, upgrading, specification of, and installation of machines and equipment. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, good problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work well with the Organization as a whole.
Salary range for this position is $125k - 135k per year.

We have a great opportunity for a dynamic and motivated CNC Machinist to join our team in Bloomfield, CT on 1st shift in our Track Roller Value Stream. The core hours for the position are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and we are currently running one hour of mandatory overtime, at the beginning of the shift for a required 45 hours a week. Overttime pay is 1.5x the hourly rate for all hours in excess of 40 hours in a week.
