This position exists to machine micro components on CNC Swiss Turn machines.   This is a 2nd shift position with hours of 3:15pm - 2:00am. This position exists to support the growth of the Bal Seal Engineering (BSE) through the creation, refinement, and maintenance of BSE custom products (seals, springs, and contacts).  This position has general knowledge of our customers' technical needs and how our products can meet their basic requirements.   This position is responsible for problem solving, process development, evaluating customer requirements and recommending changes to improve product and process performance.   This position is responsible for having intimate understanding of customers applications and provide regular communication between Sales, New Product Development Engineering, and Operations to ensure the design, development and testing of all aspects of our components, including new and existing products, meet the customer application requirements.   This position is responsible for applying standard application and design requirements to new opportunities.   Candidates should have excellent communication skills, good problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work well with the Organization as a whole.

This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property to meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. This position will also diagnose the cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of facility equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.   This is a 1st shift position. The Northeast Territory Manager (TM) is responsible to grow revenue and market share through the territory. Growing market share is a combination of nurturing and creating new revenue streams in both existing and new customers.     Work in concert with Bal Seal’s strategy to grow and develop existing and new targeted customers within our core verticals; Medical Devices, Aerospace and Defense, Analytical Instruments, Energy and Diversified Industrials.      The territory region extends from Maryland up through Maine.  This position will be based in any major city within the territory, ideally centrally located in the territory.
